Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the services booked. We require a credit card (via Square) at the time of booking.
It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible. With respect to that, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered a missed appointment and subject to the policy stated above. At that point we will need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time.
